The Team
Judy - Office Manager: I have been in dentistry for 18 years. I am responsible for all aspects of the business which includes, HR, Payables, Taxes and helping where needed. I feel my personality, and even temper contributes to the smooth running of our very busy office.
Since working with cosmetic dentists LeSueur and Dodaro for the past 14 years I have learned so much from our continuing education classes. I respect the doctors for their commitment to patient care. As we continue to implement new technology including Neuromuscular and Invisalign to create beautiful smiles.
I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, movies and playing my Yorkies, Brittney and Lexi.
Diane – Accounts Manager: In dentistry for over thirty years. Diane has a knack for working with patients and is a very valuable asset to our practice. Diane is responsible for our financial department and helps our patients understand our cosmetic dentist insurance and payment options.
She has been proudly married for 33 years to Jerry and they have two sons Ryan and Randy. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with her three Jack Russell terriers Kobe, Penny and Devo.
Darcy – Insurance Manager:Darcy has been with our team for 3 years. She was originally hired as part time and after 8 months she was offered a full time position.She has gained considerable knowledge with insurances and has since become our insurance manager. Darcy looks forward to meeting our patients and helping them understand their insurance plan and maximizing their full benefits. She enjoys watching movies, reading and listening to music.
Darcy is currently attending Gilbert Community College hoping to major in psychology.
Andrea – Registered Dental Hygienist: Andrea has been a dental hygienist for 11 years. She graduated from Phoenix College in 1997 and has been working with Drs. LeSueur and Dodaro since then. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each of our patients. She is committed to giving our patients the best care possible.

She is a native of the Valley of the Sun and absolutely loves Arizona. She likes to spend any time she can with her 5-year old miniature pinscher, Daisy.
She also enjoys traveling, sporting events, staying healthy and fit, and spending time with family & friends.
Tiffany – Registered Dental Hygienist: She graduated from Parkland College in Illinois. After receiving her degree in Dental Hygiene she moved to Arizona to pursue her career in dentistry. Her top priority is patient education and making sure each patient achieves satisfactory dental health.
“It is extremely rewarding to work in such a team oriented environment. I am also fortunate to work in an office that is constantly changing with the new demands in dentistry.”
She is originally from Springfield, Illinois. She goes back there to visit family and friends. In her free time she enjoys traveling, working out and baseball. GO CUBS!
Stacey – Registered Dental Hygienist: Stacey has always enjoyed working in the field of dentistry. Her career began eight years ago working as a dental and orthodontic assistant. In 2005, she received her dental hygiene degree from Rio Salado College in Phoenix, AZ. Stacey is outgoing and enthusiastic and loves getting to know people. Her goal is to help every patient achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
A native to Mesa, Arizona, Stacey enjoys working and living near family and friends.
Some of her interests include cooking, traveling, and watching Suns basketball. She and her husband Ryan have been married for 4 years, and love spending time with their daughter, Mabry.
Brittany – Registered Dental Hygienist: I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from Mesa High School. I then attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College and later graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Degree in The Science of Dental Hygiene.
While in Flagstaff, I enjoyed the mountains and gained my love for working with patients. I now enjoy being back in Mesa and enjoying the people and places I grew up with.
Dona – Hygiene Coordinator: Dona is a native to Arizona. She was raised in Yuma, Arizona. She attended Arizona Western College and received her associate degree in science. She started in the dental field as a chair side assistant for a Periodontist in Scottsdale, where she worked for 2 years. She then pursued a position as a hygiene coordinator where she has enjoyed the past 5 years.
Dona has a wonderful charisma and is excellent with our patients. She always has a smile for everyone and is happy to go above and beyond for our patients. She is currently attending Phoenix College to receive her X-ray certification.
She has a daughter named Frankie who she enjoys a close relationship with. She enjoys outdoor activities like boating and skiing. She has 2 dogs at home who she adores.
Emma – Treatment Coordinator: Emma is happily married with 4 children. Emma finished dental school at UCLA in 1991 earning her dental assistant degree. One of her main goals was to be proficient in all aspects of the dental industry. There are many areas that is new, but she continues to follow the classes available to her.
I enjoy helping patients understand their treatment and make them as comfortable as possible. Emma has been with Dr. LeSueur and Dr. Dodaro for 5 years.
When she has some spare time, she enjoys the outdoors.
Nguyet – Treatment Coordinator: Nguyet has just joined our team. She has been a dental assistant for 3 years, and enjoys working for dentist that are enthusiastic, skillful, and constantly updating their practice with new techniques and equipment.
She would like to attend any continuing education classes available to enhance her skills.
Nguyet is the oldest of 3 children in her family. She has one brother, and one sister.
Alma – Receptionist: I’ve been in the dental field for 9 years. I started working for Dr. LeSueur and Dr. Dodaro in March of 2003. I love working at this office, we really care about our patients and we offer the newest techniques.
I’ve been a dental assistant for 6 years and now I work up front as a receptionist.
I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and I’ve been living in the United States for 12 years. I’m happily married, and have 2 beautiful children, Jareth, and Sophia that keep me really busy.
