How to Be Entered into the Raffle

To show appreciation for our dentistry patients in Mesa, Phoenix, and surrounding communities, our dentists are giving away prizes to raffle winners.  The prizes will range from a free Oral-B Professional Series Electric Toothbrush to free teeth whitening.  There are different ways to be entered into our raffle:

• “Like” us on Facebook
• Leave us a Review on our page by clicking the red “Reviews” button on the right of the page
• Leave us a Review on our Google Places page

You can enter to win the raffle more than once each month! If you do all three things above, you can be entered three times.  Also, if you get a friend to do any of the following, you and your friend can both be entered again.  Just send us an e-mail letting us know when you got your friend to do one of the above.
