I’ve always been so happy going to my dental appointments in the last few years because I love my dentist and other staff. But today, my dental hygienist name Kylie or Kayla ( 6-30-2026 at 4pm appointment). She was the most unpleasant staff and very rough while cleaning my teeth. She applied numbing gel because I have very sensitive gums and she didn’t even wait for few mins for the numbing gel to kick in and she started right away digging into my gums, pinched my lips so hard that it hurt me. I asked her that it’s so painful and she kept going even I kept raising my hand. And insulted me with a comment “ if you do a better job at home and it won’t be like this”. Wow! She was rude and impatient, I think I was her last client that’s why she was in a rush and acting pissed off. Pls always ask who will be your dental hygienist before your appointment and never let Kylie take care of your mouth . She’s brunette, tan with fillers on her lips.

Dr Leseur and his dental assistant, Emma, are a wonderful team. Their work was excellent and very professional, while at the same time, they made me feel very comfortable. They explained every step and valued my response. I would recommend Drs of Smiles 😊 to anyone!

They were able to awnser all the questions I had, and made me feel a bit better about having a root canal done.

I love Drs. of Smiles! Yesterday I went in for a routine cleaning and was welcomed by friendly staff. Having my teeth cleaned is always a welcome, I love all of the hygienists here but Kiley is by far my favorite, she’s always gentle, never seems rushed and holds great conversations. For a person that always feared going to the dentist, Dr. of Smiles changed that, because of them I look forward to my appointments. Thank you for your great service.

If I could give more stars, I would! The amount of work, care, and concern, that Emma and Dr. LeSueur have, is nothing short of a miracle. Emma is the voice for the patients. When we can’t speak, she says it for us; and Dr. LeSueur, actually LISTENS to her. To sit in that chair and watch a Dr work, humbly, side by side with his assistant, as her equal is a beautiful thing, and I’m the one that benefits the most from it! There isn’t enough room to describe the anxiety and fear I had before I went in, and the work they’ve done since, but I’m forever grateful for them, which is why I will keep going back!

I needed an emergency appointment. They got me in the same morning. The staff was so accommodating and kind. They were able to take care of the problem and I left feeling so much better. Thank you!
